WAIVER

EVERY park user must have signed our NEW waiver. Click on ‘Sign a Waiver’ below

For faster and easier check in at Perth Aqua Park, PLEASE fill out our online waiver form by clicking the button below.

Parents or legal guardians must sign a waiver for anyone under the age of 18.  We recommend this is done online before you come to the Park to save time when checking in.

Signed waivers will last for 1 year.  It is only necessary to sign the waiver once during that period.  After 1 year, the waiver will need to be re signed.

All participants MUST be able to swim

MINIMUM age is 6 years old.  A paying adult MUST accompany children 6-9 years old onto the obstacles (maximum 4 children per 1 adult)

Children 10-14 years old must have a parent or accompanying adult on site whilst they use the Park
